How do I actually buy one of your products?

Found a design you love on our site? That’s great! To make it yours, simply click the “Buy on Zazzle” button next to the product. This button will whisk you away to our collection on Zazzle.com, where you can finalize your design and securely place your order. All purchases happen on Zazzle’s trusted platform.

So, you don’t ship the products yourselves?

That’s correct! While we pour our hearts into creating every design you see, we entrust the experts at Zazzle with all the hands-on work. They are a world-class print-on-demand marketplace that handles the entire process: printing the item, packing it with care, and shipping it directly to your doorstep.

Who should I contact if I have a problem?

This is a key question! It depends on what you need help with:

For Design Questions: If you have a question about a specific design, want to request a small change, or have a new idea, please contact us! Email us at design@printablepretty.co. We love hearing from you and typically respond within 24-48 hours.

For Order Issues: If your question is about an existing order—such as shipping status, a payment issue, a damaged item, or a return—you will need to contact Zazzle’s customer support team directly. Since they handle the transaction and fulfillment, they are the only ones who can resolve these issues.

Can I see a sample before I place a large order?

Zazzle doesn’t offer free samples. However, we highly recommend a smart alternative: place a small order first. Before committing to a large quantity (like for a wedding or big event), buy just one item. This allows you to see and feel the quality for yourself and ensure the colors and customizations are exactly what you envisioned.

How does customizing a design work?

All the fun customization happens on Zazzle’s website! Once you click from our site to the product page on Zazzle, you’ll see a powerful and easy-to-use design tool. You can:
